摘要
黑斑果蝇对餐饮行业的危害风险日益加剧,本文根据餐饮服务场所黑斑果蝇的发生现状,初步探讨了黑斑果蝇的监测和防控方法,旨在为黑斑果蝇的防控技术提供参考。成虫采用了引诱法和目测法,经试验发现捕影?引诱剂、糖醋液、橙汁、酒酿引诱效果较好,适合作为黑斑果蝇监测的引诱物质;幼虫则采用目测法,观察其幼虫和蛹的分布情况。同时,从饵剂诱杀、空间喷雾和孳生地处理3个方面介绍了黑斑果蝇的防控技术。饵剂诱杀适用于果蝇发生密度较低的场所,安全性高;空间喷雾适合果蝇密度较高的场所,但需对食品、物品等进行覆盖,避免药剂污染;孳生地处理是采用喷洒的方式,对黑斑果蝇的幼虫进行灭杀,配合饵剂诱杀法或空间喷雾灭杀成虫,防效更好。
The risk posed by Drosophila repleta to the catering industry is increasing.Based on the occurrence status of D.repleta in catering services place,this paper discusses the monitoring and control methods for D.repleta in catering services place,aiming to provide a reference for its control techniques.For adult flies,baiting and visual inspection methods were used.Experiments found that BuYing attractant,sugar-vinegar water,orange juice,and rice wine showed good attractant effects and were suitable for monitoring D.repleta.For larvae,visual inspection was used to observe the distribution of larvae and pupae.Furthermore,the paper introduces control techniques from three aspects:bait-based trapping,space spraying,and breeding site management.Bait-based trapping is suitable for places with low infestation densities and offers high safety.Space spraying is suitable for places with high infestation densities,but precautions must be taken to cover food to avoid contamination from the spray.Breeding site management involves residual spraying to eliminate larvae,combining with bait-based trapping or space spraying to kill adult flies,so as to achieve better control effect.
