斑翅果蝇在青岛樱桃园的发生及不同诱捕技术效果比较

Occurrence of Drosophila suzukii in Qingdao cherry orchards and comparison of different trapping techniques

摘要 为明确斑翅果蝇Drosophila suzukii在崂山区的发生,比较不同诱捕技术的诱杀效果,通过斑翅果蝇信息素监测崂山区斑翅果蝇的发生规律,采用4种引诱剂、诱捕器对斑翅果蝇进行诱控防效测试。结果表明:崂山区斑翅果蝇发生高峰期在5月下旬和6月中旬,诱捕器防治效果由高到低为红桶诱捕器>自制诱捕器>黄桶诱捕器>黄板;引诱剂防治效果为SWD信息素+糖醋液>SWD信息素>糖醋液>果实蝇诱剂>酵母糖;斑翅果蝇信息素相对防效达80%以上,能够有效防控斑翅果蝇。建议以红桶诱捕器+信息素+糖醋液监测和防控斑翅果蝇,以减少农药使用。 To clarify the occurrence dynamics of Drosophila suzukii in Laoshan district and compare the trapping effects of different techniques,pheromones of D.suzukii were used to monitor the occurrence of D.suzukii in Laoshan district,and four types of attractants,traps were used to test the effect of attracting and controlling of D.suzukii.The results showed that the peak period of D.suzukii occurred in late May and mid-June in Laoshan district.Control effects of the traps were as follow:red bucket traps>homemade traps>yellow bucket traps>yellow board.Control effects of the attractants were as follow:SWD pheromone+sugar and vinegar liquor>SWD pheromone>sugar and vinegar liquor>fruit fly attractor>yeast sugar.The relative control efficacy of pheromones on D.suzukii exceeded 80%,and could effectively control the pest.It is recommended to use red bucket trap+pheromone+sugar and vinegar liquid to monitor and control D.suzukii to reduce the use of pesticides.
