摘要
目的 制备具有长效驱蚊效果的避蚊胺驱蚊霜。方法 采用硅石微球吸附避蚊胺,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测试吸附效果,用热失重和敞口挥发方法对吸附后的缓释效果进行测试。利用避蚊胺、硅石微球、成膜剂聚酯-5制备驱蚊霜配方并测试其驱蚊及防水防汗效果。结果 硅石微球吸附能明显降低避蚊胺挥发速度。驱蚊效果测试发现,硅石微球和成膜剂均能延长有效保护时间,二者复配之后能发挥协同效果,延长有效保护时间达到60%以上,且具有防水防汗效果。结论 本研究提供了一种提高驱蚊霜防护时效的方法,添加硅石微球和成膜剂的配方有效保护时间达到9.8 h,可为广大户外工作者提供长时效、无需补涂的驱蚊防护。
Objective To prepare diethyltoluamide(DEET)mosquito repellent cream with long-lasting mosquito repellent effect.Methods DEET was adsorbed by silica microspheres,and the adsorption effect was tested by scanning electron microscope(SEM),and the controlled-release effect after adsorption was tested by thermogravity and open volatilization method.The formulation of mosquito repellent cream was prepared using DEET,silica microspheres,and film forming agent polyester-5,and its mosquito repellent,waterproof and perspirant effect was tested.Results It was proved that the silica microspheres could significantly reduce the volatilization rate of DEET.It was found that both silica microspheres and film forming agent could prolong the protection duration.The combination of silica and polyester could provide synergistic effect,prolonging the protection duration to more than 60%,and provided the waterproof and anti-sweat effect.Conclusion This research provides a new method to extend mosquito repellent effectiveness,and the mosquito repellent effect of the formula added with silica microspheres and film forming agent reaches 9.8 hours,which can provide long-term and non-reapplying mosquito repellent protection for outdoor workers.
