教育数字化转型如何发力:日本“一生一终端”项目的剖析与启示 被引量:1

摘要 如何深入且有效地推进教育数字化转型是建设教育强国的核心问题之一。而日本通过在全国推行“一生一终端”推进教育数字化转型已有所成效。该文旨在厘清其缘起、路径、成效和挑战等,探讨赋能数字化转型的有效启示。该项目的缘起可以分为国策主导、课标推动和现状驱使,路径涵盖了环境建设、教学应用、支持机制和健康管理,其成效惠及了智慧校园建设、学生和教师素养提升、学习方式变革和经济发展等方面,挑战包括地域和学校间的应用鸿沟、网络不稳定、设备升级换代。由此,该文从全面铺开终端、构建支持机制、注重健康管理、重视数字素养、加强深度学习和完善评价体系六个方面提出了启示,以期为中国教育数字化转型的深入推进提供借鉴。 How to advance the digital transformation of education in a profound and effective manner is one of the key issues in building a leading educational nation.Japan has achieved notable progress in this regard by implementing the‘One Device per Student(GIGA school program)’policy nationwide to promote the digital transformation of education.This paper aims to clarify the project’s origins,pathways,outcomes,and challenges,and explore effective implications for empowering the digital transformation of education.The project originated from national policy guidance,curriculum standards promotion,and practical demands.Its implementation pathways encompassed infrastructure development,pedagogical applications,support mechanisms,and health management.The outcomes benefited smart campus construction,the improvement of student and teacher literacy,the transformation of learning methods,and economic development.Challenges included the application divide between regions and schools,unstable network connectivity,and device upgrades and replacements.Based on these findings,this paper proposes six implications:universal device distribution,the establishment of support mechanisms,attention to health management,emphasis on digital literacy,promotion of deep learning,and enhancement of evaluation systems.These insights aim to provide references for advancing the digital transformation of education in China.
