摘要
人才培养是现代大学的核心价值。然而,受制于对大学教学实质性的忽视与对先进教学理念的误解,教与学失衡的极端思维、影响有效教学的形式主义、无效教学泛滥的增负减质与个性消失的人本沦陷等四类现代大学教学问题,严重阻碍实现现代教学的逻辑建构与发展。“伪教学现代化”致使教学歪曲、“学习无用论”致使教学轻忽、“重研轻教”致使教学放逐、“教师失范”致使教学失效、“技术至上”致使教学迷失,使得大学教学产生无力感,最终落得教学迷惘而步入歧途。该文提出批判新的“知识无用论”、建强大学教学发展评价体系、重塑共生对话的教学、以中和观审视工具应用等四条归真思路,以期解决大学教学问题,从而促进高等教育教学质量不断提升。
Modern universities have shown numerous irregularities,including the imbalance between teaching and learning,formalism,ineffective education and the decline of comprehensiveness and individuality.Ultimately,“pseudo modernization”,“theory of uselessness in learning”,“scientific research first”,“role dilemma”,and“technological worship”are the reasons that lead university teaching astray.Therefore,four feasible ways are proposed,including opposing the new fallacy of“knowledge is useless”,constructing a development evaluation system of university teaching,reshaping a symbiotic dialogue teaching,and examining the application of technology through dialectical neutrality.
