不同锌质量浓度下海洋微藻生长对磷形态的响应

Response of Marine Microalgae Growth to Phosphorus Forms Under Different Zinc Concentrations

摘要 以3种常见海洋微藻——三角褐指藻(Phaeodactylum tricornutum)、威氏海链藻(Thalassiosira weissflogii)和东海原甲藻(Prorocentrum donghaiense)为实验对象,通过室内培养,研究其在不同锌质量浓度下的生长差异及其对不同形态磷源(β-甘油磷酸钠(有机磷)和磷酸二氢钠(无机磷))的响应。结果表明:低质量浓度锌在有机磷环境下对三种藻细胞密度的促进作用均高于无机磷环境(P<0.05),但对PSⅡ的最大光转换效率(F_(v)/F_(m))影响不显著(P> 0.05);在高质量浓度锌环境下,锌对三种海洋微藻呈现明显的毒害作用。通过拟合S型剂量-响应曲线发现,3种微藻对锌毒性的耐受性由高至低分别为三角褐指藻>威氏海链藻>东海原甲藻;与无机磷环境相比,有机磷环境下锌对威氏海链藻96 h半抑制效应(EC_(50))值增加20.4%,对东海原甲藻96 h-EC_(50)值却减少9.5%,而三角褐指藻在两种磷源环境下96 h-EC_(50)值基本相等。 In this study,three marine microalgae in the offshore,Phaeodactylum tricornutum,Thalassiosira weissflogii and Prorocentrum donghaiense,were selected as experimental organism.The different growth of them under different zinc concentrations and their responses to different forms of phosphorus sources(β-glycerophosphate sodium(DOP)and sodium dihydrogen phosphate(DIP))were analyzed by indoor culture.The results showed that low concentrations of zinc promoted higher cell density of the three algae in the DOP than that of DIP compared to the control(P<0.05),but had no significant effect on the F_(v)/F_(m) of PSⅡ(P>0.05).High zinc concentration showed obvious toxic effect on three marine microalgae.Through fitting the S-shaped dose-response curve,it was found that the tolerance of the three microalgae to zinc toxicity from high to low was P.tricornutum>T.weissflogii>P.donghaiense.Compared with DIP,the 96 h-EC_(50) value of zinc in DOP increased by 20.4%for T.weissflogii and decreased by 9.5%for P.donghaiense,while the 96 h-EC_(50) of P.tricornutum were almost equal under two phosphorus forms.
