摘要
本文通过引入家族成员之间的血亲关系距离这个概念 ,提出以业主或者是法人代表为中心 ,确定家族成员的亲等指数 ,并以此作为权数测定家族企业家族化水平的原理 ,从而建立了从所有权与控制权两个方面以及二者的结合 ,测定家族企业家族化水平的方法模型。最后以四川新希望股份有限公司和浙江天通股份有限公司为例进行了检验。
The house-holding business enterprise is a quantity of modern economy inside at most, there are a lot of famous enterprise , such as Ford , Du Pont ,Wall-Mart and so on ;But there too many small Business enterprise in rank of famiey-holding business enterprise,. Obviously , the degree of house-holdingin different house-holding business enterprise is different. The method of calculating degree of house-holding is a very important in research on house-holding business enterprise . In this text , we bring up a method to calculate the degree of house-holding by applying the index of blood relation between numbers and the chief owner in the enterprises .We test the calculated method by two case :the new XIWANG (hope) limited company , Sichuan and TIANTONG limited company , Zhejiang. Consequently, this method is valid.
