摘要
分析神经重症患者采用自制银黄漱口液联合负压冲洗开展口腔护理的成效。选取2023年7月—2025年1月贺州市人民医院神经外科收治的120例重症患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施自制银黄漱口液联合负压冲洗护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果显示,观察组患者的并发症发生率、口腔清洁度、临床感染指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,针对神经重症患者采取自制银黄漱口液联合负压冲洗,可提高患者的口腔清洁度,降低并发症发生率,改善患者的预后,值得推广应用。
This study analyzes the efficacy of oral care with self-made Yinhuang mouthwash combined with negative pressure irrigation for neurocritical patients.A total of 120 critically ill patients admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery of The People’s Hospital of Hezhou from July 2023 to January 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received routine oral care,while the observation group received oral care with self-made Yinhuang mouthwash combined with negative pressure irrigation.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the incidence of complications,oral cleanliness,and clinical infection indicators in the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that oral care with self-made Yinhuang mouthwash combined with negative pressure irrigation for neurocritical patients can improve oral cleanliness,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve patient prognosis,which is worthy of promotion and application.
