中文版CRS-R量表在严重意识障碍患者意识检测中的实用性研究 被引量：8

摘要 目的通过比较中文版CRS-R量表和GCS量表在严重意识障碍患者意识检测的情况,探讨中文版CRS-R量表的实用性。方法分别使用中文版CRS-R量表和GCS量表对152例严重意识障碍患者进行意识检测,比较两量表对意识检测的情况。结果在所评估的152例患者中,被中文版CRS-R量表诊断为最小意识状态58例、植物状态94例,被GCS量表诊断为最小意识状态30例、植物状态122例,经比较,P<0.01,两量表一致性欠妥;两量表在检测条目上比较,发现中文版CRS-R量表条目诊断出最小意识状态例数明显高于GCS量表。结论中文版CRS-R量表对检测最小意识状态患者比GCS量表更适合。
