摘要
研究骨质疏松性胸腰段脊柱压缩骨折(osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture,OVCF)的干预措施,探讨应用手法复位配合经皮椎体成形术(percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP)的治疗效果。选取2021年5月—2024年5月医院收治的80例OVCF患者为研究对象,以电脑双盲法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组行PVP治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合手法复位,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果显示,治疗前,两组患者的伤椎前缘高度、椎体后凸Cobb角、VAS评分、JOA评分及ODI评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的上述指标较治疗前均明显改善,且观察组各指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在OVCF患者的治疗中,应用手法复位联合PVP治疗的效果最佳,能够有效减轻患者的术后疼痛感,促进其脊柱功能恢复,值得推广。
To study the intervention measures for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF)and explore the therapeutic effect of manual reduction combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP).A total of 80 OVCF patients admitted to the hospital from May 2021 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into a control group and an observation group by computer double-blind method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with PVP,and the observation group was combined with manual reduction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that before treatment,there was no statistical difference in the anterior height of the injured vertebra,vertebral kyphotic Cobb angle,VAS score,JOA score,and ODI score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indicators of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and each index of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that in the treatment of OVCF patients,the combination of manual reduction and PVP has the best effect,which can effectively reduce the postoperative pain of patients and promote the recovery of spinal function,which is worthy of promotion.
