摘要
探讨不同手工方法制备富血小板血浆(platelet rich plasma,PRP)输注后的不良反应和临床疗效。选取2024年1月—2024年10月在中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇八医院治疗的60例早期膝关节骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)患者为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组(n=30,双次离心法)和对照组(n=30,单次离心法),观察治疗前后VAS评分、IKDC评分、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果显示,两组治疗后疼痛、膝关节功能均显著改善,但实验组治疗后3个月和6个月的镇痛效果、膝关节功能更优(P<0.01);实验组整体疗效更好(P<0.05);对照组注射部位红肿、短暂疼痛加重的发生率稍高,但两组不良反应无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,双次离心法制备的PRP治疗早期KOA的临床疗效更优,能更好地改善患者的膝关节功能,缓解患者疼痛,且不会增加不良反应的发生风险。
To investigate the adverse reactions and clinical efficacy of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)prepared by different manual methods after infusion.A total of 60 patients with early knee osteoarthritis(KOA)treated in the 908th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army from January 2024 to October 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group(n=30,double centrifugation)and a control group(n=30,single centrifugation).The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC)score,clinical efficacy,and incidence of adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment.The results showed that pain and knee joint function were significantly improved in both groups after treatment,but the analgesic effect and knee joint function of the experimental group were better at 3 months and 6 months after treatment(P<0.01).The overall efficacy of the experimental group was better(P<0.05).The incidence of local redness/swelling at the injection site and transient pain aggravation in the control group was slightly higher,but there was no statistical difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The study found that PRP prepared by double centrifugation has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of early KOA,which can better improve knee joint function and relieve pain without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.
