摘要
我国既有公共建筑存量大,能源消耗高,其节能改造亟待深入研究。目前的既有公共建筑节能改造缺乏科学、系统的方案比选过程,大部分节能改造项目在前期并未对不同节能改造方案的综合效益进行对比,难以比选出最优方案。针对上述问题,提出一种基于多属性决策方法的既有公共建筑节能改造方案优化方法,该方法综合考虑了技术、成本和环境指标,结合决策者意愿进行节能改造方案比选。将该方法运用于厦门市某商业酒店项目,结果表明该优化方法具有可行性,通过比选确定出了节能效益高且舒适的方案。
In our country,the existing public buildings are large stock and energy consumption is high.It is urgent to study the energy saving transformation of existing public buildings.At present,the energy-saving renovation of existing public buildings lacks a scientific and systematic process for comparing and selecting schemes.Most energy-saving renovation projects fail to compare the comprehensive benefits of different renovation schemes in the early stages,making it difficult to select the optimal option.To solve the above problems,the author proposes an optimization method for energy-saving renovation schemes of existing public buildings based on multi-attribute decision making method,which takes technical,cost and environmental indicators into consideration,and combines the will of decision makers.Applying this method to a commercial hotel project in Xiamen,the results demonstrate the feasibility of this optimization method,which successfully identifies a comfortable scheme with high energy-saving benefits through comparison and selection.
