基于BIM的既有建筑标准加固构件库研究与应用 被引量:2

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF STANDARD REINFORCEMENT COMPONENT LIBRARY OF EXISTING BUILDING BASED ON BIM

摘要 针对传统既有RC结构加固技术,提出标准加固构件族参数化创建方法,并以Revit软件及其原有数据库为基础,建立既有RC结构标准加固构件库。以怀柔金隅兴发地块科研楼及附属设施加固改造项目为例,基于所建立的标准加固构件库,对其某个加固单体进行快速建模及分析。研究表明,标准加固构件库参数化技术可短时间内完成对既有RC结构加固的BIM建模,且可直观地了解建筑结构加固技术及加固构件与原结构的空间布局,提前预判加固构件与原结构的交叉矛盾点位并精准定位,并可提前修改优化矛盾点位处的加固方式,显著提升各专业的协同配合及施工效率。 Aiming at the traditional RC structure reinforcement technology,this paper proposes a parameterized method to create the standard reinforcement component family,and establishes the existing RC structure standard reinforcement component library based on Revit software and its original database.Finally,taking the reinforcement and renovation project of the scientific research building and auxiliary facilities of Xingfa Block in Jinyu of Huairou as an example,based on the established standard reinforcement component library,a quick modeling and analysis of one of its reinforcement units are carried out.The research shows that the parametric technology of standard reinforced component library can complete BIM modeling of existing RC structure reinforcement in a short time,and can intuitively understand the strengthening technology of building structure and the spatial layout of reinforced components and the original structure,predict and accurately locate the cross-contradiction points between reinforced components and the original structure in advance,and modify and optimize the reinforcement methods at contradictory points in advance.It significantly improves the cooperation and construction efficiency of various specialties.
