摘要
为了加强对房屋建筑工程的建设质量管理,结合泉州某房建项目,对施工过程进行精细化管理和研究。在分析目前大多数工程项目在质量管理中存在问题的基础上,根据项目特性,进行质量管理标准和施工重难点的梳理。利用主成分分析法,对主要的影响因素进行识别和重要度计算,并根据计算结果对质量管理措施进行总结。最后,提出管理过程中需要注意的事项。研究表明,本项目质量管理措施,对促进现场施工进度和对施工质量管控的效果较为明显。
In order to strengthen the refined management and quality control of housing construction projects,a study was conducted on a housing construction project in Quanzhou.Based on the analysis of the problems in quality management in most current engineering projects,quality management standards and construction difficulties are sorted out according to project characteristics.Use principal component analysis to identify and calculate the importance of the main influencing factors,and summarize quality management measures based on the calculation results.Finally,the matters that need to be noted in the management process were proposed.Research has shown that the quality management measures of this project have a significant effect on promoting on-site construction progress and controlling construction quality.
