建筑材料燃烧性能对火灾蔓延的影响研究

摘要 建筑材料的燃烧性能是影响火灾蔓延过程的关键因素。为研究材料燃烧特性对火灾蔓延的影响规律,选取XPS与EPS以及PU三种典型建筑材料,通过热重分析仪以及锥形量热仪测试其燃烧特性参数,采用标准火灾实验台研究其火灾蔓延规律。实验对比分析材料热解特性与热释放速率以及火焰蔓延速度等参数,探究燃烧性能与火灾蔓延的关系。研究结果表明,材料的热释放速率与火灾蔓延速度呈显著正相关,是影响火灾蔓延的主导因素,研究成果可为建筑防火设计以及材料选择提供依据。 The combustion performance of building materials is a key factor affecting the process of fire spread.To study the influence law of materials'combustion characteristics on fire spread,three typical building materials,namely XPS,EPS,and PU,were selected.Their combustion characteristic parameters were tested using a thermogravimetric analyzer and a cone calorimeter,and their fire spread laws were studied using a standard fire test bench.The experiment compared and analyzed parameters such as the pyrolysis characteristics,heat release rate,andflame spread speed of the materials,and explored the relationship between combustion performance and fire spread.The results show that the heat release rate of materials is significantly positively correlated with the fire spread speed and is the dominant factor affecting fire spread.The research results can provide a basis for building fire protection design and material selection.
