摘要
阐述疏散设计的基本原则、疏散与逃生的区别,以及疏散过程的起点和终点;论述火灾时人员疏散需要的时间、可用的疏散时间及消防技术标准规定的疏散时间的关系;分析建筑防火4大要素对火灾疏散时间的影响。
The basic principles of evacuation design,the difference between evacuation and escape,and the starting and ending points of evacuation process are elaborated;the relationship among the time for personnel evacuation in case of fire,available evacuation time and evacuation time specified in the technical standard for fire protection is discussed;and the influence of four key factors for building fire protection on the fire evacuation time is analyzed.
