摘要
针对某型煤矿用锚杆钻车液压系统流量大、整机空间分散的特点,研发一种主副开式液压油箱。分析了主副开式液压油箱的组成、结构和特点,泵站与油箱的连通管路应短而直,密封可靠,各部分连通管径最大吸油流速小于1 m/s。设备使用结果表明:主副开式液压油箱满足整机布置要求,液压泵吸油充分,最小吸油压力为-0.009 MPa,系统可靠,为主副开式液压油箱设计提供借鉴。
For the large flow and scattered space of a coal mine drill hydraulic system,a main and auxiliary open type hydraulic tank was designed.The composition structure and characteristics of the main and auxiliary open type hydraulic tank were analyzed,The connecting pipeline between the pump station and the oil tank should be short and straight,with reliable sealing.The maximum oil suction flow rate of the connecting pipe diameter of each part was less than 1 m/s.The results of equipment operation show that the main and auxiliary hydraulic tanks meet the requirements of the whole machine layout,the hydraulic pump sucks oil fully,the minimum oil suction pressure was-0.009 MPa,and the system was reliable.It provides reference for the design of the main and auxiliary hydraulic oil tanks.
