摘要
液压泵作为液压系统中的能量转换元件,其转换效率对系统的效率产生较大的影响。为获得吸油全流域特性对工程机械主泵效率的影响程度,通过理论分析,识别出对主泵效率产生影响的四大因子:油箱压力、空气含量、管道流速和液压油温;结合数值仿真开展全因子实验,提出吸油全流域的主泵效率影响预测模型,并进行了主泵有无吸油增压装置的对比试验。研究表明:油箱压力和空气含量对主泵容积效率的影响起主导作用,仅考虑油箱压力和空气含量及其交互作用,模型预测置信度都超过了98%;随着主泵吸油压力的升高,容积效率也随之增大,在吸油口绝对压力125 kPa条件下,主泵的容积效率在其最高转速和压力下提升6.5%。
As the energy conversion component in hydraulic systems,the conversion efficiency of hydraulic pumps has a significant impact on system efficiency.In order to obtain the influence degree of characteristics in the whole oil suction field on the efficiency of the main pump of construction machinery,four major factors affecting the efficiency of the main pump were identified through theoretical analysis:oil tank pressure,air content,pipeline flow rate,and hydraulic oil temperature.A full factor experiment was carried out through numerical simulation,and a prediction model of the main pump efficiency which considering the factors of the whole oil suction field was proposed.A comparative experiment was conducted on whether the main pump had an oil suction pressurization device.The results show that the influence of oil tank pressure and air content on the volumetric efficiency of the main pump is dominant,and considering only these two factors and their interaction,the confidence of the prediction model exceeds 98%.As the suction pressure of the main pump increases,the volumetric efficiency also increases.Under the condition of a suction absolute pressure of 125 kPa,the volumetric efficiency of the main pump increases by 6.5%at its highest speed and pressure.
