摘要
某高速公路隧道在施工过程中出现了二次衬砌开裂、施工缝张开错台等病害,通过分析病害产生的原因,提出采取临时拱架支护、围岩注浆加固、换拱、洞外消坡减载等综合处治方案。监测结果表明:该方案可以有效地处治施工过程中出现的初支侵限、二衬开裂及错台等病害,可保证隧道施工的安全进行。
During the construction of a highway tunnel,diseases such as cracking of secondary lining and dislocation of construction joints observed have occurred.Through analysis of the causes of these diseases,a comprehensive treatment plan is proposed,including temporary arch support,grouting reinforcement of surrounding rock,arch replacement,and cutting slope&unloading outside the tunnel.Monitoring results demonstrate that,this solution effectively addresses construction issues such as initial support encroachment,secondary lining cracking,and joint dislocation,which can ensure the safe construction of the tunnel.
