摘要
以重庆市成渝环线渝遂段云雾山隧道左洞电缆沟倾斜及路面变形段为研究对象,结合隧道地质条件、定期检查、专项检查结果,分析了隧道病害产生的原因,提出了仰拱拆换+钢管桩注浆加固和钢管桩注浆加固+加强路面层2种处治方案,且通过数值模拟对比分析了处治效果。结果表明:2种处治方式均能满足衬砌结构安全性规范要求,且仰拱拆换+钢管桩注浆处治方式效果更佳,可供同类隧道电缆沟及路面病害处治参考。
Taking the inclined cable trench and pavement deformation section of the left tunnel of Yunwushan tunnel in the Yusui section of the Chengdu-Chongqing ring road in Chongqing as the research object,this study integrates the geological characteristics of the tunnel with the findings from routine inspections and special investigations to analyze the causes of tunnel defects.Two treatment schemes of invert replacement+steel pipe pile grouting reinforcement and steel pipe pile grouting+reinforced pavement layer are proposed.The effects of these schemes are compared and analyzed through numerical simulation.The results indicate that both methods satisfy the safety code requirements for the lining structure;however,the scheme involving inverted arch replacement combined with steel pipe pile grouting demonstrates superior performance.This study provides a valuable reference for addressing similar issues related to cable trenches and pavement diseases in similar tunnels.
