道床脱空对车辆-轨道非线性耦合系统影响分析

摘要 为探究道床脱空对地铁列车运行的影响,基于有限元法建立车辆-轨道垂向及空间非线性耦合系统,分析地铁A型列车通过道床脱空区域时的动力响应。其中,垂向耦合系统分为车辆子系统与轨道子系统,由10个自由度车辆单元和12个自由度轨道单元组成;空间耦合系统包含车辆、轨道及轮轨接触系统,由31个自由度车辆单元以及28个节点、96个自由度三维轨道单元组成,采用“迹线法”计算轮轨接触几何参数。通过交叉迭代算法求解动力学方程发现:道床脱空对车体加速度、道床加速度及钢轨与道床位移影响显著,但对钢轨加速度影响较小。道床单侧脱空时,钢轨位移及挠度变化率低于全脱空情况,且对脱轨系数无显著影响,轮重减载率虽随脱空长度增加而增大,但整体数值较小,列车倾覆风险低。该研究结果为地铁列车在道床脱空区域的安全运营提供理论依据,并可为轨道维护策略优化提供参考。 To investigate the impact of track bed voids on the operation of metro trains,this study establishes a vertical and spatial nonlinear coupled system of vehicletrack based on the finite element method to analyze the dynamic response of type A metro train passing through the track bed void area.Of which,the vertical coupling system is divided into a vehicle subsystem and a track subsystem,consisting of 10-DOF vehicle element and 12-DOF track element;the spatial coupling system includes vehicles,tracks,and wheel rail contact systems,consisting of 31-DOF vehicle element and 28 nodes,96-DOF three-dimensional track element.The“trace method”is used to calculate the geometric parameters of wheel-rail contact.By solving the dynamic equation using the cross-iteration algorithm,it was found that track bed voids could significantly affect the acceleration of the vehicle body and track bed,as well as the displacement of rails and track bed,but have a relatively small impact on rail acceleration.When there is a singlesided track bed void,the rail displacement and curvature change rate are lower than those of full void,and there is no significant impact on the derailment coefficient.The wheel load reduction rate increases with the length of the void,but the overall value is small,and the risk of train overturning is low.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the safe operation of metro trains in the track bed void areas,and could serve as a reference for optimizing track maintenance strategies.
