摘要
遂渝线是客货共线铁路,客车最高速度为200 km.h-1、货车最高速度为120 km.h-1。运用车辆—轨道耦合动力学理论,在各种列车运营条件下,对无碴轨道综合试验段内路基上板式轨道进行动力学性能分析评估。分析结果表明:速度较低重载货车作用下的轮轨动作用力及轨道变形要比快速客车作用下大得多,但都没有超过各自的限值标准;机车车辆的脱轨系数最大值小于0.8、轮重减载率最大值小于0.6,行车的安全性能够得到保证;线路横向稳定性系数均小于0.7,线路的动态稳定性优良;CA砂浆最大动应力为0.206 MPa,小于1.0 MPa的容许应力,路基面动应力最大值为0.093 MPa,小于0.18 MPa的容许应力;路基不均匀沉降限值由客车的舒适性指标控制,数值应控制在20 mm/20 m以下。
Sui-Yu Railway is a newly-built passenger-cargo railway line, with the maximum speed of passenger train 200 km · h^-1 and the maximum speed of freight train 120 km · h^-1. By applying vehicle-track coupling dynamics theory, the dynamic performance is assessed for slab track under various kinds of train on synthetically testing section of ballastless track. Analysis results indicate that the influence of heavy truck on wheel/rail interaction forces and track deformations is much more than that of fast passenger vehicle, but both of them are within their permission values. The maximum wheel L/V ratio is lower than 0.8, the maximum wheel unloading is lower than 0. 6, the safety of rolling stock is guaranteed. The lateral stability coefficient of slab track is lower than 0.7, the dynamical stability of the track is fine. The maximum dynamic stress of CA mortar is 0. 206 MPa, lower than the permission stress of 1.0 MPa. the maximum dynamic stress of subgrade is 0. 093 MPa, lower than the permission stress of 0. 18 MPa. The permission asymmetrical settlement of subgrade is controlled by the comfortableness index of the passenger vehicle and should be limited to under 20 mm/20 m.
