摘要
目的 探究多媒体康复教学模式在基层军事训练伤康复培训中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年10—11月某基层部队62名学员为研究对象,采用多媒体康复教学模式进行培训,比较学员培训前后理论知识与操作技能的掌握情况,以及对多媒体康复教学模式的满意度。结果 培训后的考核评分均显著高于培训前评分,培训前后差异有统计学意义(t=-29.235、-19.215、-14.369、-14.443,均P<0.05)。课程结束后,90.74%的学员对课程设计表示非常满意。教学满意度中位数均为10分,其中,教学模式中“听老师当面授课”(9.89分)的满意度高于“观看光盘”(9.69分)。且“听老师当面授课”的满分51人(94.44%)明显高于“观看光盘”48人(88.89%),由此看出学员更倾向于听老师当面授课;培训教材中光盘(9.76分)和书面材料(9.76分)的平均满意度很接近,但是书面材料的满分率90.74%,高于观看光盘的满分率87.04%。所有科目中学员兴趣程度中位数均为10分。相比物理因子治疗(9.67分),学员更喜欢肌内效贴布(9.76分),其次是热身与放松训练(9.72分)。学员的3项满意度评分的中位数均为10分,96.30%的学员对自己3周的培训学习积极性和主动性评价非常满意,90.74%的学员对自身的康复理论知识提高程度非常满意,90.74%的学员对自身的康复实操能力提高程度非常满意,与分数提高情况一致。最满意的环节排名前3位的是旁观老师操作治疗患者(40.74%)、当面授课(38.89%)和小组讨论(18.52%)。结论 将多媒体康复教学模式应用于基层教学中,能显著提高学员的理论知识与操作技能水平,并提高其对康复教学的满意度,值得普及。
Objective To explore the effect of multimedia rehabilitation teaching model in the rehabilitation training of military training injuries at the grass-roots level.Methods A total of 62 cadets were selected from a grass-roots army from October 2022 to November 2022.The students were trained with multimedia rehabilitation teaching model,and their mastery of theoretical knowledge and operational skills were compared before and after the training,and the satisfaction of multimedia rehabilitation teaching.Results The assessment scores after training were significantly higher than those before training,and the difference between training and pre-training was statistically significant(t=-29.235,-19.215,-14.369,-14.443,all P<0.05).After the course,90.74%of the students were very satisfied with the course design,and the median teaching satisfaction was 10 points,among them,the satisfaction of"listening to the teacher´s face-to-face teaching"(9.89 points)was higher than that of"watching the CD"(9.69 points).Moreover,the full score of"listening to the teacher´s face-to-face teaching"was 51 people(94.44%),which was significantly higher than that of"watching the CD"48 people(88.89%),which showed that students were more inclined to listen to the teacher´s face-to-face teaching;the average satisfaction of the CD(9.76 points)and written materials(9.76 points)in the training materials was very close,but the full score rate of written materials was 90.74%,higher than that of watching the CD(87.04%).The median interest level of students in all subjects was 10 points,compared with physical factor therapy(9.67 points),students preferred intramuscular effect tape(9.76 points),followed by warm-up and relaxation training(9.72 points).The median of the three satisfaction scores of the students were 10 points,96.30%of the students were very satisfied with their enthusiasm and initiative for the three-week training,90.74%of the students were very satisfied with the improvement of their rehabilitation theoretical knowledge,and 90.74%of the students were very satisfied with the improvement of their practical rehabilitation ability,which was consistent with the score improvement.The top three most satisfactory aspects were watching teachers operate on patients(40.74%),teaching in person(38.89%)and group discussion(18.52%).Conclusion The application of the multimedia rehabilitation teaching model in grassroots education can significantly improve trainees´theoretical knowledge and practical skill levels,as well as their satisfaction with rehabilitation teaching,making it worthy of promotion.
