摘要
目的 调查416名院前急救从业人员职业满意度情况,探讨其影响因素,为提高院前急救从业人员工作满意度提供建议。方法 通过自制量表调查北京市某区院前急救从业人员,在工作本身、工作回报、内部环境、执业环境、组织管理满意度情况,对问卷数据进行描述性分析,对影响院前急救人员职业满意度因素采用单因素分析和多元线性回归分析。结果 单因素结果显示,不同学历(F=3.39,P<0.05)、职称(F=0.276,P<0.05)、工作年限(F=7.18,P<0.05)以及岗位类型(F=3.84,P<0.05)的急救从业人员职业满意度得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对职业满意度条目进行因子分析,提取出5个主因子成分后进行多元线性回归分析,学历、职称、工作年限、岗位类型、管理制度、工作环境、工作压力、薪酬福利、职业获得是影响院前急救从业人员职业满意度的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 院前急救从业人员职业满意度受管理制度、工作环境、工作压力、薪酬福利、职业获得影响,建议通过稳定人才队伍建设、调整薪酬福利结构及增强职业获得感等措施,全面提升急救人员的职业满意度,进而提高院前急救服务质量和效率。
Objective To investigate occupational satisfaction among 416 pre-hospital emergency care practitioners,explore influencing factors,and provide recommendations for improving work satisfaction in this group.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to assess satisfaction levels regarding job content,rewards,work pressure,and practice environment among pre-hospital emergency personnel in a Beijing district.Descriptive analysis was conducted on the collected data,while single-factor analysis and multiple linear regression were employed to identify factors influencing occupational satisfaction.Results Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in job satisfaction scores among emergency responders with different educational backgrounds(F=3.39,P<0.05),professional titles(F=0.276,P<0.05),work experience(F=7.18,P<0.05),and job types(F=3.84,P<0.05).Factor analysis of job satisfaction items extracted five principal components,followed by multiple linear regression analysis,which showed that educational background,professional title,work experience,job type,work pressure,management system,work environment,compensation and benefits,and career attainment were influencing factors of job satisfaction among pre-hospital emergency responders(P<0.05).Conclusion The job satisfaction of pre-hospital emergency responders in this study is influenced by management systems,work environment,work pressure,compensation and benefits,and career attainment.It is recommended to comprehensively improve the job satisfaction of emergency personnel through measures such as stabilizing talent team construction,adjusting compensation and benefits structures,and enhancing career fulfillment,thereby improving the quality and efficiency of pre-hospital emergency services.
