摘要
目的探讨西安地区院前急救人员职业满意度及相关影响因素。方法采取整群抽样对西安市982名院前急救工作人员进行问卷调查。结果对现有收入总满意度为59.93%,"是否愿意从事急救工作"总满意度为89.33%,工作状态总满意度为84.24%,人际关系总满意度为95.91%,前途发展总满意度为64.39%,前途担忧总满意度为58.44%。结论院前急救人员职业满意度低,对前途较为担忧;与院前急救人员前途担忧相关的因素有:文化程度、在编情况、职称晋升、学习频率、正常休假及所在区县等。
Objective To explore the occupational satisfaction and related influencing factors of pre-hospital emergency personnel in Xi'an. Methods A total of 982 pre-hospital emergency staff in Xi'an were surveyed by cluster sampling, Results The total satisfaction rate on salary was 59.93%. The total satisfaction rate on the "willing to do emergency work" was 89.33%, the total satisfaction rate on work condition was 84.24%, the total satisfaction rate on interpersonal relationship was 95.91 %, the total satisfaction on the future development was 64.39 %, and the total satisfaction on future anxious was 58.44%. Conclusion The pre-hospital emergency personnel had low professional satisfaction and were worried about the future. The factors related to the concerns included the education levels, the position situation, the promotion of the title, the study frequency, the normal vacation and the district areas.
