沥青混合料孔隙微观结构CT扫描定量表征方法

摘要 该研究旨在利用工业CT扫描技术对沥青混合料的孔隙空间进行三维可视化表征,以丰富数字扫描技术在沥青混凝土路面微观结构定量表征中的应用。通过对试件的连通孔隙率、孔隙半径、喉道半径、喉道长度及配位数等微观结构参数进行定量计算和相关性分析,得到以下结果:5个SMA-13试件沿Z方向的孔隙率相较于沿X、Y方向表现出更小的波动性;整体孔隙率的分类对比中,连通孔隙占总孔隙比例的平均值为71%,非连通孔隙占总孔隙比例的平均值为29%;连通孔隙率与连通孔隙数量、喉道数量呈高度线性正相关,皮尔逊相关系数分别为0.891和0.865;最主要配位数与喉道平均半径呈中度线性相关,相关系数为0.777;定量分析孔隙体积、孔隙表面积、孔隙等效半径、孔隙深度及孔隙配位数之间的相关性,发现连通孔隙相较于全部孔隙参数相关性提高了2.99%~44.23%,更能反映沥青混合料孔隙的性质。该研究成功实现了对沥青混合料孔隙空间的三维可视化表征及微观结构参数的定量分析,揭示了孔隙结构的分布特征及参数间的相关性,确定了连通孔隙对于沥青混合料的重要性,为沥青混合料性能评估和设计优化提供了重要依据。 This study aimed to achieve3D visual characterization of the pore space in asphalt mixtures by industrial computed tomography(CT)scanning technology,enhancing the application of digital scanning technology in the quantitative characterization of the microstructure of asphalt concrete pavement.Through quantitative calculations and correlation analyses of microstructure parameters of the specimens connected porosity,pore radius,channel radius,channel length,and coordination number,the following results were obtained:The porosity of 5 SMA-13 specimens in the Z direction exhibited less variability than that in the X and Y directions;Among the classification comparative of overall porosity,the average proportion of connected pores in total pores was 71%,and that of disconnected pores was 29%;Connected porosity was highly positively linearly correlated with the number of connected pores and the number of pore throats,with correlation coefficients of 0.891 and 0.865,respectively;The primary coordination number was moderately linearly correlated with the average radius of pore throats,with a correlation coefficient of 0.777;That quantitative analyses of the correlations among pore volume,pore surface area,pore equivalent radius,pore depth,and pore coordination number showed that the correlations of connected pores were 2.99%~44.23%higher than those of all pore parameters,and better reflecting the properties of asphalt mixtures pores.This study successfully achieved 3D visual characterization of the pore space in asphalt mixtures and quantitative analysis of microstructure parameters,and revealed the distribution characteristics of the pore structure and the correlations among parameters,determined the importance of connected pores for asphalt mixtures,and provided important basis for the performance evaluation and design optimization of asphalt mixtures.
