重沸器蒸汽疏水阀频繁故障分析与改造效果评价

摘要 针对某天然气净化厂再生塔重沸器蒸汽疏水阀频繁失效的问题,结合疏水阀结构、原理,通过检查分析疏水阀内部浮球、连接杠杆等部件,发现疏水阀浮球质量和连接杠杆使用过程中的磨损,是造成疏水阀频繁失效的根本原因。从技术和管理方面提出了相关改进措施,为重沸器疏水阀频繁失效问题提供了解决方案。 To address frequent failures of steam trap valves in the re-boiler of a natural gas purification plant's regeneration tower,the internal components such as the floating ball and connecting lever are examined based on an understanding of the valve's structure and mechanisms.It is found that the quality of the floating ball and wear on the connecting lever during use are the fundamental causes of the frequent failures.Technical and managerial improvement measures were proposed to provide a solution for the frequent failures of the re-boiler steam trap valve.
