摘要
通过一些试验研究和工程实例,介绍了采用铬钼钢制造的承压设备,经热处理后对钢材性能的影响。特别指出对某些钢材或构件进行热处理,在消除应力的同时,也可能带来一些负面的作用。为此,探讨了铬钼钢设备的焊后热处理工艺并提出了一些建议。
The effect of postwelding heat treatment on the properties of pressure equipment made of Cr-Mo steel is introduced based on experimental researches and some engineering examples. Negative effect may be caused by the postwelding heat treatment of certain steel or component for stress relief.The postwelding heat treatment process of Cr - Mo steel equipment is discussed and some suggestions are put forward.
