摘要
化工装置在生产过程中经常遇到设备的更新改造,旧设备的利用一直是技术人员面临的难题。以吸收塔利旧改造为例,通过引入Aspen Plus模拟软件,对工艺改造进行模拟计算,论证项目的可行性,提供工艺改造的理论依据,同时指导工艺改造后的调优。
Equipment upgrades and renovations are quite common in operating chemical plants.Utilization of existing equipment has long been a challenge for technical personnel.Taking the renovation of an absorption column as an example,the paper introduces Aspen Plus,a simulation software,to simulate and calculate the process renovations and validate project feasibility.It not only provides theoretical basis for process renovations,but also guides optimization after renovation.
