摘要
Aspen工程软件提供了丰富的物性数据库和多种单元设备的模型库以及适用于不同场合应用的物性方法和计算方法,可以为科研开发、工程设计、生产管理等提供强有力的支持。利用Aspen软件,在聚酯、PTA、聚乳酸等工艺过程的工程开发各个阶段进行了应用性的尝试和探索,总结和积累了一些实际经验。
Aspen engineering suite provides some strong tools and service,such as a huge properties database,several equipment models,property methods and convergence methods applicable to different cases,which can be used for scientific research development,engineering design and production management,etc.During each stage of the process development on PET,PTA and PLA,some applicative explorations and attempts are carried out,and some practical experience is summarized.
