摘要
基于有限元软件对某大型氨合成塔外壳球封头及支座组件进行建模,该合成塔外壳为高温、高压的多层包扎容器,且承受内压、接管外载荷、风载荷、地震载荷、内件和催化剂载荷以及自重等,分别对其在4种设计工况下的应力进行分析,然后采用JB 4732—1995标准,通过应力线性化对各危险截面进行分析评定。结果表明,该合成塔外壳球封头和支座组件各部分均满足强度要求,应力最大处位于支撑环内壁圆角处。
A finite element software is used to build a model for the ball head and support assembly of the outer shell of a large ammonia synthesis column.The outer shell of the synthesis column is a high-temperature,high-pressure multi-layer wrapped container that is subject to internal pressure,external loads from nozzles,wind loads,seismic loads,internal components and catalyst loads,as well as self-weight.Stress analysis was conducted under four design conditions,and the JB 4732-1995 standard was applied to evaluate each critical section through stress linearization.The results indicate that all components of the spherical head and support assembly meet strength requirements,with the maximum stress at the inner wall radius of the support ring.
