摘要
立式储罐广泛应用于石油石化行业,尤其在油田地面工程及炼化行业较为常见。随着储罐的广泛应用,工程中对储罐设计完整性提出了更高要求。储罐开孔因破坏了储罐结构完整性及连续性成为储罐受力薄弱环节。储罐开孔通常承受来自外部系统的接管外载荷,存在应力集中及失效风险。文章结合工程实践,强调了对承受接管外载荷的储罐开孔进行受力分析的必要性,并对应力分析方法进行了系统的阐述。文章同时还总结了工程中储罐开孔应力分析的常用方法,即基于许用外载荷和WRC297/107/537公报以及有限元数值模拟的分析方法,并对此三种方法的使用条件、应用步骤及局限性进行了详细描述。
Vertical storage tanks are widely used in the petroleum and petrochemical industries,especially in the oilfield surface engineering and refining industries.With the wide application of storage tanks,higher requirements are put forward for the integrity of the storage tank design in engineering.The opening of storage tank has become the weak point of the storage tank due to the destruction of the structural integrity and continuity of the storage tank.The opening of the storage tank usually bears the external load from external system,and there is a risk of stress concentration and failure.Combining with engineering practice,this paper emphasizes the necessity of stress analysis on the opening of the storage tank bearing external load of piping,and systematically expounds the stress analysis method.It also summarizes the common methods for stress analysis of tank openings in engineering:the analysis method based on allowable external load,the analysis method based on WRC Bulletin 297/107/537 and the analysis method based on finite element numerical simulation.Then the paper describes in detail the application conditions,steps of application and limitations of these three methods.
