摘要
【目的】通过研究金属表面处理技术的演进规律与产业应用特征,预测其未来发展趋势,为制造业技术升级提供理论支撑。【方法】通过文献分析及典型案例解析,系统梳理电化学处理、物理气相沉积、化学转化膜等技术分支的发展脉络。【结果】金属表面处理技术正从传统加工工艺转变为战略性使能技术,从宏观形貌控制向纳米尺度功能化演进,从单一防护向复合性能集成突破。【结论】金属表面处理技术的发展需突破学科边界,未来将深度融入智能制造与“双碳”目标。通过材料基因组计划加速新型涂层材料研发周期,借助工业互联网实现全球产业链协同优化,最终形成以技术创新为驱动、产业需求为导向、绿色可持续为特征的新型产业生态。
[Purposes]This study analyzes the evolution law and industrial application characteristics of metal surface treatment technology to predict its future development trends,thereby providing theoretical support for manufacturing industry technological upgrading.[Methods]Through literature analysis and typical case studies,the development trajectories of technical branches such as electrochemical treat⁃ment,physical vapor deposition,and chemical conversion films were systematically reviewed,with fur⁃ther research conducted in combination with aerospace applications.[Findings]Metal surface treatment technology is transitioning from conventional processing techniques to strategic enabling technologies,evolving from macro-scale morphology control to nanoscale functionalization,and advancing from singlefunction protection to integrated multifunctional performance.[Conclusions]Future development of metal surface treatment technology must transcend disciplinary boundaries,integrating with smart manu⁃facturing and dual-carbon strategies.Material genome methods will accelerate new coating development,while industrial IoT enables global supply chain synergy-ultimately forming an innovation-driven,demand-oriented,and sustainable industrial ecosystem.
