摘要
液冷板是目前新能源汽车动力电池热管理中使用最广泛的冷却手段。为系统梳理新能源汽车动力电池液冷板冷却技术的演进,基于专利检索与分析,揭示了该领域专利申请趋势、核心申请人及技术发展脉络。研究聚焦液冷板材料选择、结构设计、工艺方法、系统设计及控制策略五大关键技术分支的发展路线。分析表明:我国相关专利申请势头强劲;面向未来,国内企业及科研机构需紧密追踪行业前沿技术趋势,在多维度开展研发并进行前瞻性布局,以提升核心竞争力。
Liquid cooling plates are currently the most widely used cooling method in the thermal management of power batteriesfor new energy vehicles.To systematically review the evolution of liquid cooling plate technology for new energy vehicle power batteries,this study employs patent search and analysis to reveal application trends,key applicants,and technological trajectories in thefield.The research focuses on development pathways across five critical technical areas:material selection,structural design,manufacturing processes,system integration,and control strategies.Findings indicate strong momentum in Chinese patent applications.Looking forward,domestic enterprises and research institutions must proactively track cutting-edge industry trends,conduct multidimensional R&D,and implement strategic foresight to enhance core competitiveness.
