摘要
【目的】TBM施工中,因复杂的地质环境和有限的勘察手段可能导致掘进参数选择的偏差,进而影响施工速度和效率。为提高TBM施工效率,依托新疆某引水工程,对该地区黑云母石英片岩地层条件下的TBM掘进参数分布规律及相关性开展研究。【方法】以掘进段为单位,利用二值判别函数和归一化值对原始数据进行降噪,并处理异常数据,通过运用数理统计及曲线拟合的方法,探究此标段掘进参数的分布规律及其相关性。【结果】研究表明,总推进力与推进速度、贯入度存在较强的线性关系。当总推进力增加时,推进速度和贯入度也会相应增加,总推进力能够直接反映推进速度和贯入度的变化;刀盘转速与推进速度、贯入度相关性不大,刀盘转速会受到地质条件、岩石强度的影响,并不能直接预测推进速度和贯入度的变化。【结论】该方法可以提高TBM掘进效率,可为类似工程TBM掘进参数的选取和控制提供参考。
[Purposes]In TBM construction,selecting appropriate boring parameters is crucial.However,the complex geological environment and limited investigation methods may lead to inaccurate prelimi⁃nary geological data,affecting construction speed and efficiency.To improve TBM construction effi⁃ciency,this study investigates the distribution patterns and correlations of TBM excavation parameters under biotite quartz schist strata conditions in a Xinjiang water diversion project.[Methods]For each ex⁃cavation section,a binary discriminant function and normalization values were used to denoise the origi⁃nal data and handle abnormal data.Mathematical statistics and curve fitting methods were applied to ana⁃lyze the distribution patterns of excavation parameters and their correlations.[Findings]The study shows that the total propulsion force exhibits a strong linear relationship with propulsion speed and penetration.As the total propulsion force increases,the propulsion speed and penetration increase accordingly,indi⁃cating that the total propulsion force directly reflects changes in these parameters.In contrast,the rota⁃tional speed of the cutterhead shows little correlation with propulsion speed or penetration,as it is influenced by geological conditions and rock strength and cannot directly predict changes in propulsion speed or penetration.[Conclusions]This method can enhance TBM excavation efficiency and provide a refer⁃ence for selecting and controlling TBM excavation parameters in similar projects.
