摘要
针对配电网电压调控仿真中缺乏实际电网数据支撑的问题,提出了一种基于电力公用信息模型(CIME)的硬件在环平台构建方法。构建基于CIME的配电网高保真仿真模型,实现了实际配电网的拓扑识别、重构与潮流模拟;提出了滚动时域控制框架下的储能优化调度模型,利用计及线损的DistFlow模型有效提高了模型的在线求解效率与电压控制效果;面向实际电网场景搭建硬件在环平台,以我国南方某10 kV配电网和IEEE标准系统建立仿真算例,验证基于CIME硬件在环平台的有效性,并分析了控制策略对实际储能设备的调控效果。研究成果提供利用实际电网数据搭建仿真测试平台的解决方案,能够有效支撑面向实际电网场景的系统仿真与控制算法集成验证。
To address the lack of real-world power grid data support in voltage regulation and hardware-inthe-loop(HIL)simulation of distribution network,a HIL testing platform construction method based on the electric common information model(CIME)is proposed.A high-fidelity simulation model for distribution network based on the CIME is established,which realizes the topology identification and reconstruction and power flow simulation of actual distribution network.Then,an optimal scheduling model for energy storage under the receding horizon control framework is proposed.A DistFlow model considering line loss is utilized to effectively enhance the online solving efficiency of the model and the voltage control performance.A HIL platform is built for actual power grid scenarios.Simulation cases are established based on a 10 kV distribution network in southern China and the IEEE standard system to validate the effectiveness of CIMEbased HIL simulation.Additionally,the impact of the optimized control strategy on the regulation of actual energy storage devices is analyzed.This research results provide a solution to build a simulation testing platform using actual power grid data,effectively supporting system simulation and integrated verification of control algorithms for actual power grid scenarios.
