摘要
分布式电源的接入必然影响配电网脆弱性,针对输电网的脆弱性评估的现有方法不再适用。考虑配电网网络拓扑、阻抗参数的特殊性和分布式电源的输出特性,建立了配电网中线路和分布式电源的等值导纳模型;结合复杂网络理论与配电网运行实际,提出了用于评估含分布式电源配电网中节点脆弱性的指标;在IEEE标准算例中对节点脆弱性进行对比分析,并用网络失负荷率验证了所提指标的有效性。
Distributed power sources significantly impact distribution network vulnerability,rendering existing transmission network assessment methods inadequate.Considering the unique topology and impedance parameters of distribution networks alongside distributed generation output characteristics,an equivalent admittance model integrating distributed generation is established.Leveraging complex network theory and the real operation of distribution networks,a novel intermediate index is introduced to evaluate the node vulnerability.This node vulnerability is thoroughly examined within the IEEE bus system,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed vulnerability assessment method are successfully verified using network loss rate metric.
