考虑网络重构的配电网-多微电网协同运行方法 被引量:3

Coordinated operation method of distribution network and multiple microgrids considering network reconfiguration

摘要 配微协同运行有利于提高电网的整体运行效率和经济性,然而配电网重构会影响潮流分布和微电网点对点交易。为此,提出一种考虑网络重构的配电网-多微电网协同运行方法。分析网络重构对配微协同的影响,建立考虑网络重构的配微协同主从博弈框架和模型,配电网作为领导者,通过电价和过网费调节微电网的交易行为;提出一种适用于网络重构的过网费分布式计算模型,将其融入协同优化模型中;针对领导者同时具有连续和离散2类策略的特点,提出一种策略分离的分布式求解方法。在改进的IEEE 33节点系统算例中验证了所提模型和方法的有效性。 The coordinated operation of distribution network and microgrids is helpful in enhancing the overall operation efficiency and economy of power grid.However,the network reconfiguration will impact the power flow distribution and peer to peer trading between microgrids.Therefore,a coordinated operation method of distribution network and multiple microgrids is proposed considering the network reconfiguration.The effect of network reconfiguration on the coordination of distribution network and microgirds is analyzed,and a Stackelberg game framework and model for the coordination of distribution network and microgirds is proposed considering the network reconfiguration.As a leader,the distribution network regulates the trading behavior of microgrids through electricity price and network usage fee.A distributed network usage fee calculation model suitable for network reconfiguration is proposed,which is integrated into the coordinated optimization model.Aiming at the characteristic that the leader has continuous and discrete strategies at the same time,a distributed solution method based on policy separation is proposed.The effectiveness of the proposed model and method is verified on modified IEEE 33-node system example.
