基于有限元法的行人保护头型碰撞试验相关性分析

摘要 行人作为交通参与者中的弱势群体,其安全问题备受关注。文章依据欧洲新车评价规程(E-NCAP)行人保护试验规程,基于有限元法对行人保护头型碰撞进行仿真分析与试验验证。试验选取了10个冲击位置,评估头型碰撞仿真与试验的相关性。结果表明,各冲击位置的偏差控制在10%以内,符合E-NCAP的要求,大多数冲击位置的仿真值与试验值的偏差范围在-9.7%至1.3%之间,仿真与试验表现出较高的一致性,为行人保护设计优化提供了可靠的数据支持。 Pedestrian as the vulnerable group among traffic participants,have their safety issues drawing considerable attention.Based on the pedestrian protection test procedures of the European new car assessment programme(E-NCAP),this paper conducts simulation analysis and experimental verification of pedestrian protection headform impact using the finite element method.Ten impact positions are selected for the test to evaluate the correlation between the headform impact simulation and the experiment.The results show that the deviation at each impact position is controlled within 10%,meeting the requirements of E-NCAP.The deviation range between the simulation values and the experimental values at most impact positions is between-9.7%and 1.3%,demonstrating a high consistency between the simulation and the experiment,which provides reliable data support for the optimization of pedestrian protection design.
