摘要
丙烯(C_(3)H_(6))/丙烷(C_(3)H_(8))分离是石油化工行业纯化C_(3)H_(6)的关键步骤。膜分离技术尤其是混合基质膜(MMMs)因其低能耗和高效率而显示出超越传统低温蒸馏的优势。本文综述了MMMs在C_(3)H_(6)/C_(3)H_(8)分离中的应用进展,探讨了MMMs的分类、分离原理、制备方法以及气体传递机制,并分析了不同填料对膜性能的影响。最后,分析了MMMs用于更高效的C_(3)H_(6)/C_(3)H_(8)分离所面临的挑战和未来发展的方向。
The separation of propylene(C_(3)H_(6))from propane(C_(3)H_(8))is the critical step in the purification of C_(3)H_(6) within the petrochemical industry.Membrane separation technology,especially mixed matrix membranes(MMMs),has shown advantages over traditional low-temperature distillation due to its low energy consumption and high efficiency.This paper reviews the application progress of MMMs in the separation of C_(3)H_(6)/C_(3)H_(8) and discusses the classification,separation principles,preparation methods,and gas transport mechanisms of MMMs,and analyzes the impact of different fillers on membrane performance.Finally,it analyzes the challenges faced by applications for the more efficient separation of C_(3)H_(6)/C_(3)H_(8) and future development directions.
