离子液体在分离技术中的应用

摘要 离子液体通常由大体积、不对称的有机阳离子和多种无机或有机阴离子组成。离子液体具有许多独特的性质,如可忽略的蒸气压、良好的热稳定性、可调节的黏度、与水和有机溶剂的互溶性,以及对各种有机化合物和金属离子的良好萃取能力。综述了离子液体在液相色谱中的应用,包括离子液体作为添加剂的分离原理和离子液体作为流动相添加剂的应用。介绍了咪唑离子液体、磷离子液体、吡啶离子液体和胍离子液体在气相色谱中的应用,并从离子液体的萃取机制、有机污染物的萃取、金属污染物的萃取和从天然植物中提取生物活性化合物等方面介绍了离子液体作为样品制备中萃取溶剂的应用。 Ionic liquids usually consist of large,asymmetric organic cations and a variety of inorganic or organic anions.Therefore,ionic liquids have many unique properties,such as negligible vapor pressure,good thermal stability,adjustable viscosity,miscibility with water and organic solvents,and good extraction ability for various organic compounds and metal ions.In this paper,the application of ionic liquids in liquid chromatography is reviewed,including the separation principle of ionic liquids as additives and the application of ionic liquids as mobile phase additives.The applications of imidazole ionic liquids,phosphorus ionic liquids,pyridine ionic liquids and guanidine ionic liquids in gas chromatography are introduced.The application of ionic liquids as extraction solvents in sample preparation is introduced from aspects such as the extraction mechanism of ionic liquids,the extraction of organic pollutants,the extraction of metal pollutants,and the extraction of bioactive compounds from natural plants.
