摘要 本研究聚焦于电力投资项目的造价管理,借助大数据技术开展数智化实践。通过构建智能辅助评审系统,实现了建设项目投资智能辅助评审、决策和实时分析功能。该系统通过项目投资与通用造价指标进行横向对比分析,并结合历史评估项目开展纵向对比,从不同阶段和多个具体维度对项目投资差异进行深度剖析。在此基础上,通过合理性对比为技术方案提出优化建议,有效提升了项目投资收资收益和市场竞争力。此外,系统还推动了电力项目投资数据的有效融合与协同优化,显著提升了电力项目投资管理的精益化水平。本研究通过引入先进的大数据分析技术,为电力企业造价管控工作的数字化转型和智慧化发展提供了有力的技术支持,并形成了可借鉴的实践应用案例。 This study focuses on cost management in power investment projects,leveraging big data technology to carry out digital and intelligent practices.The developed intelligent assisted review system enables the functions of intelligent assisted review,decision-making,and real-time analysis for construction project investments.This system conducts horizontal comparison between project unit investments and general cost indices,and vertical comparison against historical evaluations to deeply analyze the differences in project investments in different stages and from multiple dimensions.On this basis,suggestions for technical proposal optimization are put forward through rationality comparison,effectively enhancing review quality and efficiency.Moreover,the system also facilitates the effective integration and collaborative optimization of power project investment data,significantly enhancing the level of lean management of power project investments.By introducing advanced big data analysis technology,this study provides powerful technical support for the digital transformation and intelligent development of cost management and control in electric power enterprises,and establishes replicable practical application cases.
