摘要
以制度主义经济地理学为理论基础,构建以“迁出地区政府-迁出地区企业-迁入地区政府”为主体,以文化嵌入、认知嵌入、政策嵌入、生产嵌入为路径的制度嵌入分析框架。通过剖析深圳(河源)产业共建过程中的制度化过程,阐述制度嵌入对区域企业迁移的作用机制,为推动区域经济高质量发展提供来自沿海地区的经验证据。研究表明:(1)制度嵌入是打破路径依赖,推动区域企业迁移的主要力量;(2)企业迁移是一个复杂多元的制度嵌入过程,政策嵌入在区域企业迁移过程中起着关键作用;(3)非正式制度嵌入能够抹平地方制度差异,促进区域制度协同,推动区域企业迁移。
This paper utilizes the theory of institutional economic geography to develop an analytical framework for institutional embedding,structured around the interactions among the“government of the emigrating region,enterprises of the emigrating region,and government of the immigrating region.”It identifies cultural,cognitive,policy,and production embedding as critical pathways.By examining the institutionalization process within the context of industrial co-construction in Shenzhen(Heyuan),this study elucidates the mechanisms of institutional embedding that influence regional enterprise migration,offering empirical insights aimed at fostering high-quality economic development in coastal areas.The research findings indicate that:(1)institutional embedding is a significant force for overcoming path dependence and facilitating regional enterprise migration;(2)enterprise migration is a complex and multifaceted process involving institutional embedding,with policy embedding playing a pivotal role;and(3)informal institutional embedding can help to reconcile local institutional differences,enhance regional institutional coordination,and further promote regional enterprise migration.
