摘要
合理的再生水价格体系是促进再生水利用的重要方面,以典型缺水地区宿迁市再生水利用为对象,在分析再生水价格机制及影响因素基础上,围绕宿迁市跨区域集中再生水输配及利用系统,探究再生水价格形成机制,开展再生水成本和价格核算,提出了再生水价值体系,对于推进宿迁市国家再生水利用配置试点工作发挥了引导和支撑作用,也为其他地区城市再生水利用工作提供了借鉴。
A reasonable reclaimed water price system is an important aspect in promoting reclaimed water utilization.Taking reclaimed water utilization in Suqian City,a typical water-deficient area,as the research object,based on analyzing the reclaimed water price mechanism and influencing factors,the research focuses on Suqian’s cross regional centralized reclaimed water transmission,distribution,and utilization system,this study explores the reclaimed water price formation mechanism,conducts cost and price accounting of reclaimed water,and proposes a reclaimed water value system.This work has played a guiding and supporting role in advancing Suqian’s pilot project for national reclaimed water utilization and allocation,and also provides references for urban reclaimed water utilization in other regions.
