摘要
液压爬模施工技术是桥梁工程中常见的施工技术之一,在实际施工过程中,液压爬模技术不仅会影响模板和混凝土浇筑的施工质量,还会对整个桥梁工程的建设质量产生影响。为了提高该技术的应用水平,文章依托剑潭东江特大桥工程,结合现场施工条件,首先简单介绍了液压爬模工作原理和体系结构,然后着重阐述了工程建设中的高墩液压爬模施工技术要点,并提出了相应的施工质量控制措施,以取得良好的施工效果,保证工程整体施工质量。
Hydraulic climbing formwork construction technology is one of the common construction technologies in bridge engineering.In the actual construction process,hydraulic climbing formwork technology will not only affect the construction quality of formwork and concrete pouring,but also affect the construction quality of the entire bridge engineering.In order to improve the application level of this technology,this paper relies on Jiantan Dongjiang extra-large bridge project and combines the site construction conditions.Firstly,it briefly introduces the working principle and system structure of hydraulic climbing formwork.Then,it focuses on the key points of hydraulic climbing formwork construction technology for high piers in the engineering construction,and puts forward corresponding construction quality control measures.Finally,a good construction effect is achieved,which ensures the overall construction quality of the project.
