摘要
各地区轨道交通投资估算编制情况各不相同,缺乏规范性、统一性,导致各地区投资估算文件组成、费用组成等差异大,横向比较难度大,也不利于数据的积累及数字化建设。通过分析各地区文件编制的差异性,提出合理的投资估算编制对策,完善造价标准化,推动行业高质量发展。
The preparation of investment estimates for rail transit varies across regions,lacking standardization and uniformity There are significant diferences in the composition of estimation documents and cost structures among regions,making horizontal comparisons dificult and hindering data accumulation and digital development.By analyzing the differences in document preparation across regions,this study proposes effective countermeasures to improve the preparation of investment estimates,promote cost standardization,and support high-quality development of the rail transit industry.
