摘要
城市住宅是卫生现代性空间化与本土化嵌入的重要物质载体。伴随着中国城市住宅的现代化发展,卫生现代性的嵌入路径呈现出复杂性、动态性和多样性。文章基于“演化-关系”的视角,聚焦卫生现代性空间化嵌入城市住宅体系的路径创建、路径转型、路径升级和路径拓展四个阶段,指出卫生现代性在跨尺度情境变迁和多元能动主体行为的推动下,通过公共卫生、意识形态、行为规范、公共制度等方面的演化推动了中国城市住宅在空间形态、技术设备、标准体系、具身嵌入等多元维度的现代化发展进程,阐明卫生现代性的本土化发展与中国城市住宅现代化转型间的关联模式,为城市健康住宅的研究提供一定的理论借鉴。
Urban housing serves as a critical material medium for the spatialization and localized embedding of hygienic modernity.With the modernization of China's urban residences,the pathways to embedding hygienic modernity have grown increasingly complex,dynamic,and diverse.Adopting an evolutionary-relational perspective,this studyexamines fourdevelopmental stagespath creation,transformation,upgrading,and expansion-through which hygienic modernity becomes spatially embedded in China's urban housing systems.It demonstrates how cross-scale socio-environmental shifts and multi-actor agency drive this process via public health,ideological,normative,and institutional evolution,thereby advancing urban housing modernization across spatial configurations,technological infrastructures,regulatory standards,and embodied practices.The findings reveal how localized hygienic modernity interacts with China's urban transformation,offering theoretical insights for developing healthy housing.
