摘要
增强区域经济韧性是各省乃至全国应对国内外未知风险与挑战的关键举措,基于全国31个省的相关面板数据,采用面板向量自回归(PVAR)模型探究数字普惠金融、产业结构升级与区域经济韧性之间动态交互关系.结果表明:数字普惠金融、产业结构升级和经济韧性均存在经济自我维持的特性;产业结构升级对经济韧性产生直接的促进作用,而经济韧性则通过促进数字普惠金融增长,从而间接地影响产业结构升级;数字普惠金融在短期内对产业结构升级具有显著的正向影响,但存在滞后效应;数字普惠金融对区域经济韧性的影响始终具有促进作用.
Strengthening regional economic resilience is a key measure for each province and even the whole country to deal with unknown risks and challenges at home and upgrading abroad.Based on relevant panel data from 31 provinces across the country,the panel vector autoregression(PVAR)model is used to explore the dynamic interaction between digital inclusive finance,industrial structure upgrading and regional economic resilience.The results show that digital inclusive finance,industrial structure upgrading and economic resilience all have the characteristics of economic self-sustainment.The upgrading of industrial structure directly promotes economic resilience,while economic resilience indirectly affects the industrial structure upgrading by promoting the growth of digital inclusive finance.Digital inclusive finance has a significant positive impact on the industrial structure upgrading in the short term,but there is a lagging effect.The digital inclusive finance has always had a catalytic effect on regional economic resilience.
