The paper focuses on the market structure and operating mechanism with regard to the construction of capital market of risk mineral prospecting,the specifi c methods include:building trading mechanism of mineral prospecting rights and interests,determining the principles of information disclosure;while establishing the system of mineral exploration rights,implementing trading system of rights and interests,developing and discovering management tools,building a transparent industry standards.
