摘要
目的基于文献计量学的方法探讨儿童心理危机的干预措施和方法的研究现状及发展趋势。方法基于Web of Science数据库检索1995—2024年关于儿童心理危机干预的研究文献,采用文献计量学软件CiteSpace和VOSviewer对儿童心理危机干预的研究热点及其变化进行可视化分析。结果共纳入527篇文献。自2014年之后,儿童心理危机干预研究的相关文献数量开始显著增加,2021年达76篇。美国以178篇发文量占据主导地位,英国、中国分别以46篇和43篇位列其后。van Ommeren M是该领域发表文献最多的学者之一,其发表文献数量达7篇。Columbia University以12篇文献在该领域中占据领先地位。Frontiers in Psychology为发文量最多的期刊,共发表22篇文章。关键词中出现频次最多的为儿童,其次为心理健康,分别出现187次和146次。关键词共现分析发现,新型冠状病毒感染、应激和心理压力为近年儿童心理危机相关研究的热点。结论全球范围内对儿童心理健康问题的重视程度逐步上升,儿童心理危机干预研究正逐渐向多维度、跨学科的方向发展。这些研究有助于为儿童心理危机的干预措施提供更全面、有效的理论支持。
Objective To explore the current status and development trends of research on intervention measures and methods for children′s psychological crises based on the method of bibliometrics.Methods Research literature on interventions for children′s psychological crises from 1995 to 2024 was retrieved from the Web of Science database.Bibliometric software CiteSpace and VOSviewer were used to conduct a visual analysis of the research hotspots and their changes in children′s psychological crisis interventions.Results A total of 527 articles were included.After 2014,the number of research literatures on child psychological crisis intervention began to increase significantly,reaching 76 in 2021.The United States held the leading position with 178 articles,followed by the United Kingdom and China with 46 and 43 articles,respectively.van Ommeren M was one of the scholars with the highest publication output in this field,contributing 7 articles.Columbia University led among institutions with 12 articles.Frontiers in Psychology was the journal with the highest publication volume,having published 22 articles.Among the keywords,the one with the highest frequency of occurrence was"children",followed by"mental health",which appeared 187 and 146 times respectively.Keywords co-occurrence analysis revealed that"COVID-19""stress"and"psychological pressure"were the recent research hotspots in studies related to children′s psychological crises.Conclusion There is a gradually increasing global awareness of children′s mental health issues,and research on interventions for children′s psychological crises is progressively evolving toward multidimensional and interdisciplinary approaches.These studies contribute to providing more comprehensive and effective theoretical support for the intervention measures in children′s psychological crises.
